   As all you know that we are fighting with the #Novel_Corona_Virus, two waves are gone but still the risk is not over. The people around the globe ceaselessly fighting with the virus. After the second wave the number of positive cases is almost dropped but as soon as the Third wave coming the number of positive cases are increasing day by day.
    We have to fight with this pandemic by wearing masks as well as sanitizing our hands, in addition to this the most important thing is that we must increase our immunity power to fight with this virus. Immunity is the power of immune system in our body to fight with bodily ills, diseases and viruses.

     So how can we increase our immunity ? Let's see 
Following are the points by which immunity can be increased and everyone must follow them.
1. Get Healthy diet including fruits and            vegetables.
2. Exercise on daily basis.
3. Get good sleep about 7 to 8 hours.
4. Include food items in your diet like

    d. Garlic
    e. Ginger 
    f. Spinach 
    g. Almonds
    h. Yogurt
5. Do not smoke and do not go close to          smokers.
A healthy diet, healthy exercise make immune system stronger and fight with virus.
