    If you do this things you will able to control stress level and also you will able to control on your emotions. When I was child, got tensed with small things but as I grow my ability to understand thing has grown with me.

     I understood something with my life that if we keep ourselves busy in any work like study, sports, reading or any other activities then they will broadly affect on us, our mind gets busy and fulfilled with good thoughts.

      As psychiatrist's always says "Empty mind is a demon's house" Stay happy☺
